Vulnerable Artistic Expression and Intimate Group Experiences
I invite you to awaken your deepest desires—to unravel your conditioning, dance with the unknown, and unleash your creative power. I believe that, together, we can co-create new possibilities for leading from a place of divine love in a turbulent world.

Leadership Development
Consulting, Training Design, Facilitation, and Leadership Coaching
For over 25 years, I have worked globally with organizations of all sizes, serving as a catalyst for individual and collective empowerment through leadership development, team building, and culture transformation.
I am known for authentic, empathetic listening and a deep understanding of the human challenges within complex social systems. Rooted in mindfulness and fueled by a passion for inclusion, my work is infused with humility, curiosity, and compassion.
Artistic Expression
Awakening the Inner Power within Us All
Publicly, I’m known as a leader, consultant, and facilitator—recognized for magnetic authenticity, a collaborative spirit, and deep compassion. Internally, though, I see myself as a wild dancer, poetic mystic, and sorceress queen stirring soul awakening. Where these worlds meet is in my artistic expression: piercing the existential dark with luminous beauty.
My writing is a contemplative and vulnerable exploration at the intersection of self, society, and spirit. I delve into the subtle nuances of life, inviting readers into a deeper inquiry: What does it mean to truly know ourselves while releasing who we think we are? How do we serve without being consumed? How do we trust the mystery of the unknowable?
But above all, I write to spark the courage to lead consciously and sustainably from a place of divine love.
SIMPLE MOMENTS
Grounded in Gratitude
I live in Rhode Island with my loving husband, two beautiful sons, wise father, and beloved dog. I move through each day attuned to the intimacy of simple moments, grounded in gratitude for my relationships, and devoted to my practices of meditation, yoga, reading, dancing, and time in nature.
